The Process
With a passion for excellence, I strive to provide reliable and high-quality services to my valued clients. I understand that each client has unique desires, which is why alteration fittings include a comprehensive consultation to discuss your specific needs. During the fitting, I will carefully pin the dress to achieve the perfect fit and provide transparent pricing. I believe in transparency and offer free fittings, with the initial booking fee refunded if you decide not to proceed with alterations. At the end of the fitting, we will schedule any additional appointments required to ensure your complete satisfaction. Trust Jennifer Sews for all your bridal alteration needs.
*Please note that payment is required at the end of the fitting before any work can commence.
Alteration Fitting Policy
I am committed to providing exceptional service during alteration fittings to ensure the best experience for my customers. To maintain the quality of my services and appointments, I have established the following policy:
Appointment Fee Allocation: The money paid for alteration fitting appointments will contribute towards the total cost of the alteration service.
Cancellation Policy: To respect my time and that of other clients, any cancellations or no-shows must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In the event of a cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of the appointment, the fee paid for the appointment will not be refunded or returned.
